FAQ – Rent a Number
Can I rent multiple numbers simultaneously?
Yes, there is no limit on how many numbers you can rent at any given time.
What happens once the number expires?
The number is removed. Nobody has access to it and it will not be resold. The sim card is simply thrown away.
How do private numbers work?
Once you rent a number, the details of the number are revealed. Only you have access. You can use the number of the private sim card wherever you want to register. Any SMSs that are sent to the number appear on your private dashboard right away.
What is the minimum and maximum period of rent?
Minimum 1 day. Maximum 30 Days – you can extend your rental period before it expires. There is no limit as to how many times you can extend your number.
Can I extend the rent period?
Yes, there is no limit, you can extend it by as long as you like. Please note that the extensions are limited to 1, 2, 7 and 30 day periods.
What is the price?
The price depends on the country number and length of time you choose. Each number has its own pricing on our private home page.
Which country codes do you have?
The US, the UK, and Georgia.
What platforms can I register with?
All of our numbers are real sim cards. You can register on any platform you would like without limitation. Please check the platform you would like to verify with, checking it supports US, UK or Georgian numbers.
Are the numbers based on real sim cards or are they virtual numbers?
Yes, all of our numbers are real sim cards.
Can I verify multiple platforms with one number?
Yes, you can verify as many platforms as you would like. During the rent period you can use the rented number unlimited.
How can I pay?
You can pay via any debit or credit card, PayPal or Cryptocurrency.
Can I receive calls?
No, you can only receive SMSs
Can I send a message?
No, you can only receive SMSs.
Are numbers resold?
No. All expired numbers are removed permanently.
Can I get my rented sim card shipped to my place?
Yes, before the rent period has passed, please contact us so we can calculate the shipping price and send it to you. After the rental period has expired, we may be unable to ship it as we dispose of all used cards.
What should I do if my number does not work?
This is extremely rare, but if it does happen, please try to use the same number on a different platform to ensure the problem is on our side. If the problem is on our side, do not hesitate to contact us via chat or mail.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund only if the number does not work; otherwise, we do not offer any refunds, as the number can be used the second after you rent.
Do you exchange numbers if the one I rented does not work?
